BOOKING CONDITIONS

The person making the booking must be 21 years old or over.

1. The accommodation shall be used only by the persons listed on the Booking Form. More persons may be added by arrangement with the proprietors, providing the capacity of the apartment is not exceeded.

2. Cancellations must be advised by registered post at least 28 days before booking is due to begin. Otherwise the hirer will be held responsible for the full amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let. Booking Deposits are non-returnable. We strongly advise you to insure against cancellation, and an Insurance Proposal Form will be forwarded with confirmation.

3. Unless prior arrangement has been made, the Proprietors reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if it has not been claimed by mid-day the following day of the reservation date and no explanation by them has been given.

Should you wish to make any reservation we have a deposit scheme which is £25 per adult, plus for any number of children £10 (total) per week. The balance is payable on arrival.

We will, if you wish, accept a telephone 'pencil in and hold' for one week pending receipt of deposit, this usually helps particularly through the heavy booking period November to March and throughout the season.
