ACCESS STATEMENT

The front gate to Furze Mount is on the one way Church Walks road which starts from the main promenade. In front on the road there is unrestricted parking on both sides. From the front gate the path has a gentle upward gradient with five spaced out steps several metres apart, then either nine steps up to the front entrance, or the upward gradient path continues around the house to the rear main porch guest entrance. All guest accommodation is on the first and second floors. Sorry we do not have a lift, nor do we have ground floor guest accommodation. The gardens are pathed with steps to each well seated level.
